Now that you’ve setup your meetings, you can open the meeting detail page to see when the next meeting will be happening, along with a list of all your previous meetings.

These meetings are centered around agendas that you can setup in advance for any upcoming session.

Meeting agendas

  1. You can add agenda items before the scheduled time or during the meetings.
  2. Agenda items can be of type: Discuss, Align, Inform, Update.
  3. You can add the agenda, add related notes, create tasks, and attach documents to make your agenda richer.
  4. To further enrich the conversations, you can attach specific OKRs, activities, skills, or mindsets to agenda items.
  5. During the meetings, you can mark agenda items as completed.
  6. From the sidebar, you can go to the Recap tab and see the agenda items from previous meetings.

OKR & Tasks

You can add OKRs into your meetings to align with team goals, track progress, and ensure discussions and decisions align with organizational objectives. You can access OKRs in the OKRs tab. To modify the list of OKRs, click on the three dots menu at the top right and select Add OKRs. The progress of the meeting (can be seen in the Details tab in the sidebar) is derived from the completion of these OKRs.

All the Tasks related to these OKRs will show up in the Tasks tab.

Meeting insights

Over time performance of these OKRs & Tasks attached to the meeting and the user level breakdown can be seen in the Insights tab.

Creating one-off meetings

While meetings happen at a regular cadence, you can create a one-off meeting from the meeting detail page from the three dots menu on the right.
