To set up a meeting, navigate to the Align section on your academy's homepage. Enter information about the meeting cadence and attendees to start the meeting. Meetings can be used to synchronize work both within and across teams.
Getting started
- From the employee end, navigate to the
Align section and click on Meetings
- Click on the
Set up Meeting button to initiate a new meeting.
- Add the meeting title, participants and the frequency at which you’d like to conduct the meeting.
- After the setup, all the participants will receive a notification informing them of the meeting and the scheduled date and time of the next meeting.
Add to calendar
To better incorporate your meetings in your worklife, Lyearn offers an option to add them to your calendar.
- On the meeting detail page (page where you land post the setup), click on the three dots menu on the right side.
- Select
Add to Calendar from the list. This will result in available calendar options. Select your preferred option.
- You will be redirected to the calendar in the next tab. Review the details and click confirm to add your meetings to your calendar.
