1. To give praise to your peers, you can click on + Praise button.
2. Add the employees that you want to give praise to.
3. Add a personalized message praising them. You can also use Lyearn AI to help you frame your message better.
4. Choose whether you want to make it visible to public.
5. You can add related skills and mindsets to highlight.
